Nature of Services
Deltora Global provides professional travel support, travel consultation, travel coordination, booking assistance, documentation guidance and customer support services through telephone, email and digital communication channels. These services are legally provided by IMOC Digital Services Private Limited.
Our services are advisory and support services only. We do not issue visas, approve immigration applications, operate airlines, provide hotel accommodation, or act on behalf of any government authority unless expressly stated.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Availability
Services are provided subject to operational availability and the information supplied by the customer. Estimated timelines may vary depending on the requested travel support service and third-party processing requirements. Service delivery timelines may also depend on customer responsiveness and third-party processing times where applicable.
Payment Terms
Payments are requested only after the customer has reviewed and accepted the quotation.
All applicable service fees are disclosed before payment is requested.
Payment confirms the customer’s acceptance of the approved quotation and these Terms & Conditions.
Payment processing is subject to the terms of our payment service providers.
All payments are received by IMOC Digital Services Private Limited for services provided under the Deltora Global brand.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Customers should review the Refund Policy before requesting our services.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before services commence. Cancellation requests received after work has begun may be subject to applicable service charges. Any completed portion of the service may be non-refundable.
Third-Party Services
Deltora Global may assist customers with services involving third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers, visa centres or government agencies.
IMOC Digital Services Private Limited is not responsible for the actions, decisions, delays, cancellations or policies of any third-party service provider.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
Restricted Activities
Users must not:
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use our services in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to misuse or disrupt our systems or communication channels
- Use our services for any unlawful immigration or travel-related activity.
Limitation of Liability
IMOC Digital Services Private Limited and its brand Deltora Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are also not responsible for visa refusals, immigration decisions, airline schedule changes, cancellations or government actions beyond our control.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website and become effective upon publication.
